OEM revisions, processed as data. Not re-typed.
EXSYN apps turn OEM publications and revisions into structured, checked data for your M&E system.
Where most conversations start
We need to verify and validate OEM engineering information such as MPD or IPC data.
The OEM data arrives digitally. It still gets reconciled by hand.
Every OEM publishes in its own formats and structures, and they change between revisions. Re-typing effectivity, part numbers and task data by hand is where inconsistencies enter the M&E system.
Delivered in iSpec 2200, S1000D and XML, all year, for every type in the fleet.
Where engineering information needs a second look
Tap the ones that apply to your team. Most operators recognise more than one.
Less re-typing. Revisions in one cycle.
Less re-typing
OEM data is loaded as structured data, not copied from manuals.
Fewer entry errors
Effectivity, part numbers and task data are not re-entered by hand.
Revisions in one cycle
Work templates are updated in bulk, in one controlled file.
Changes you can trace
Exception reports show what changed and what needs review.
The apps prepare and check the OEM data. Engineering review, applicability decisions and approval stay with your engineers.
Find your revision type.
Different people own different OEM documents. One package handles every revision type in the same way, with changes prepared and checked in your test environment before production.
01 · For maintenance programme engineers
MPD revisions
Maintenance programme definition, task definitions, zones and panels, effectivity and time requirements are taken from the MPD and prepared as structured data, ready for your engineers to review and load.
Result: An MPD revision ready to assess and load, without re-typing task data.

02 · For maintenance engineering and task card authors
AMM revisions
AMM tasks are structured with worksteps, zones and panels, resources, parts and references. Existing work templates are extracted into one Excel template, updated there and uploaded in bulk, with exception reports on data issues.
Result: Task cards updated in one revision cycle, not template by template.
03 · For technical records and parts teams
IPC and CML revisions
Part definitions, alternates, ATA chapter, vendor, effectivity, position and manual references are structured and prepared as transfer files for your M&E system.
Result: Part data and alternates kept current, without manual reconciliation.
04 · For engineering and airworthiness teams
Service bulletins and Aircraft Directives
Service bulletins are processed with effectivity by part number, aircraft type and serial number, and time requirements. EASA and FAA ADs are imported and structured, with checks that every applicable AD is held.
Result: SBs and ADs ready to assess, with nothing applicable missing.

After every revision: document and maintenance programme data in your M&E system is checked before it goes live.
