Aircraft Re-delivery at Widerøe

Situation

Widerøe was looking for expertise to achieve more benefits out of their MRO software system AMOS. Furthermore, they needed a trusted partner to round-off re-delivery documentation within a tight schedule.

Solution

EXSYN was approached by Widerøe to support them to achieve more efficiency out of the AMOS system in the areas of maintenance control and planning. Next to that, EXSYN did the documentation review of 6 DHC8-400 (Q400) aircraft and afterwards directly uploaded all aircraft information in AMOS. This “delayed re-delivery” was due within 8 weeks. EXSYN's subject matter experts needed to adhere to a strict project plan and tight deadlines without compromising on the quality of the work performed.
