Who You Are

At EXSYN, we offer functional AMOS expertise as part of a broader mission to support aviation data continuity, helping airlines integrate systems, optimize processes, and align AMOS with their wider digital ecosystem. As an AMOS Competence Centre Specialist, you will be the backbone of AMOS expertise within our organization, ensuring that airlines, and MROs, effectively use and optimize AMOS for their maintenance and airworthiness operations. Your role will bridge the gap between AMOS technical functionality and business processes, driving efficiencies and ensuring compliance in aircraft maintenance and data management.

Your responsibilities will span AMOS user support, functional administration, system health management, and business support. From resolving user issues to managing interfaces and workflows, you will provide proactive and reliable support to enhance system performance. You will also facilitate creating customised reports, optimising AMOS usage, and implementing new modules or features to meet evolving customer needs. Your expertise will be vital in managing system updates, including version upgrades and weekly patch implementations.

As the first line of support for our customers, you will communicate openly, helpfully, and engagingly, dedicated to finding the best solutions for each client. What You’ll Do

  • Support AMOS users across airlines and MROs with technical and functional challenges

  • Administer AMOS modules, roles, permissions, and system settings

  • Monitor and manage system health, patches, and version upgrades

  • Design and maintain workflows, interfaces, and customised reports

  • Assist in implementing new AMOS modules and optimizing existing configurations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AMOS with operational processes

  • Act as the first line of support during implementations or system changes

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of EXSYN’s AMOS Competence Centre

What We Ask

  • A (minimum) Bachelor’s degree in the field of aviation engineering/management.

  • Solid knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance and Continuous Airworthiness processes.

  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AMOS, including system administration and troubleshooting.

  • Preferably experience with data migrations and system interfaces related to AMOS.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel globally, as required.

  • Eligible for NATO II Security Clearance.

  • This position is remote-friendly, with flexibility to work from anywhere, combined with occasional on-site visits when needed.
