Avilytics at TUI

Situation

After the implementation of the MRO system, AMOS TUIfly NL needed support with the usage of AMOS. Furthermore, they were looking for a solution to reduce their time on reliability and KPI reporting as well as for a so-called one source of truth.

Solution

The partnership between TUIfly and EXSYN commenced with first-line support by EXSYN and training for the MRO software system AMOS. Next to that, TUIfly is using Avilytics throughout the whole maintenance and engineering department in order to manage their aircraft reliability tasks digitally and have real-time insight into the performance of their entire maintenance operation and fleet availability. By using Avilytics, TUIfly monitors its maintenance and engineering processes against specific KPI's in a user-friendly way. Since using Avilytics, manual reporting is not part of the internal process anymore.

"Avilytics provides immediate and up-to-date insight in our KPI’s. These KPI’s are reflected in understandable dashboards which we can adjust simply to get more detailed information and makes it easy for us to see where we need to adjust our operation", says Bert van den Berg, Fleet Data Engineer at TUIfly.
